We are a card grading service provider.

We offer affordable competitive pricing for sports card grading services.

At this current time, we only offer standard sports card grading (2.5" x 3.5"). Any cards submitted that are larger than what will fit within our plastic slabs, will be sent back with the order.

We offer sports card grading, and autograph verification. If autographs can not be confirmed/authenticated, they will be sent back with the order.

We take no responsibility for lost parcels or missing items.

We use Canada Post to ship all items, and will include a tracking number once your parcel is ready to ship. Insurance is suggested to be added to your order (sending it to SMA), and also adding in insurance to your order when it is ready to be sent back. 

Our grading and autograph verification is at the opinion of the company, and takes no liability in errors. Errors and omissions accepted.

Each graded card is given a grade, based on a numerical scale of 1 - 10. One, the lowest score, and ten, being the highest score. 

Current turn around time from date received, is approximately 2-3 weeks. If it is anticipated that the order will take longer than the standard turn around time, we will send an email to advise you. 

Our passion is grade sports cards and please our customers and provide an affordable service.

To begin an order, please email smacardservice@gmail.com to begin the ordering process. The company will then send you the document to begin the request for grading services.

Payment must be accompanied with the cards that are submitted. Funds must be paid prior to the grading services provided. Payment options at this time are: e-transfer, cheque, certified cheque.
